Because all Bolt Imprints products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or design changes after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by Bolt Imprints, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to repair, replace, or reprint the affected items.

Order Errors

Bolt Imprints is not responsible for:

  • Errors in artwork, spelling, or design approved by the customer

  • Incorrect sizes or quantities selected at checkout

  • Normal variations in color due to screen or material differences

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has started.
